Payroll Features

BrightPay allows you to process your payroll on weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly or monthly payment schedule. Basic, daily, hourly or statutory pay is processed as required. Payslips can be printed, emailed or exported for your convenience. Customisable additions and deductions are catered for, including AE Pension Schemes. Holiday pay can be managed with ease using the holiday calendar feature thus ensuring you record the correct information.

Auto Enrolment

BrightPay is process driven, payroll software that can automate Auto Enrolment tasks. Once your staging date is entered, BrightPay can determine which employees need to be automatically enrolled by accessing the employee’s PAYE information already recorded in the software. BrightPay will then inform you at the appropriate time, what your AE obligations are for each employee.

Employee communications are easily prepared and tailored for each employee depending on their work category which can be printed or emailed. The option to opt-out or opt-in employees is completed with a click of a button. Postponement is easily handled with the relevant employee, postponement communication automated for you also.

BrightPay can also monitor each employees work status on an ongoing basis to automatically detect if any of the employees situation changes. It is integrated with a number of AE pension providers including NEST; The Peoples Pension; Scottish Widows; NOW: Pensions.

Employers – Our employer licence is just £89 + vat which includes unlimited employees, auto enrolment functionality and free support. We have a FREE employer licence for employers with up to three employees.

Bureaus – Our bureau licence is just £199 + vat with unlimited employers / payroll clients, unlimited employees, auto enrolment functionality and free support. There are no hidden charges attached to any of our packages.
